Our hospital is one of only a few in the state using the da Vinci system for robot-assisted procedures on women. Our specially trained robotic surgeons perform the following minimally invasive procedures:
- Hysterectomy
- Removal of the uterus or womb to treat cancer, uterine fibroids, endometriosis and other women's health conditions
- Sacrocolpopexy
- Procedure to insert a piece of mesh to hold the vagina and uterus in place; treatment for vaginal prolapse and uterine prolapse
